Bruce C.H. Cheng, founding CEO of Delta Electronics, visited the Foundation at the Chi-Hai Cultural Park. He was received by Foundation Chairman Fredrick F. Chien, who expressed his profound appreciation of Former CEO Cheng’s donation of weak current engineering and solar panels for the Chiang Ching-kuo Presidential Library.
