Accompanied by Professor Gunter Schubert, Director of the European Research Center on Contemporary Taiwan, Dr. Monique Scheer, Vice-President of the University of Tübingen in Germany, visited Chairman Fredrick F. Chien. Acting President Chun-i Chen and Vice-President Siao-chen Hu accompanied the visitors on a tour of the Ching-kuo Chi-Hai Cultural Park and the Chiang Ching-kuo Presidential Library.
