Conference and Seminar Grants

Unlike grant applications submitted from outside of Taiwan, applications from scholars affiliated with institutions in Taiwan must involve cooperation with one or more scholars from other countries. Applicants for conference and seminar grants must be full-time faculty affiliated with a university or other academic institution. Funding for approved grants are normally distributed through the accounting organ of this institution.

The maximum amount of each award is NT$1,000,000. Projects on Taiwan Studies are especially encouraged.

In principle, the Foundation does not provide funding for annual meetings.
