Senior Scholar Grants
This program is for full professors or senior scholars on
sabbatical leave for assistance in research and writing for
one year only. Senior scholar grants, which range up to
$40,000, are intended to supplement a professor's
sabbatical pay. A letter of recommendation should
accompany this grant application from the chairman of
the department or from the university or college's dean or
provost. Only a limited number of senior scholar grants
available annually.
