The Foundation provides grants for ROC students abroad to help finance the completion of dissertations in the humanities and social sciences. Those who are interested in applying should contact the Foundation's McLean, VA. office for application forms. Only students who have graduated from accredited universities or colleges in the Republic of China and who do not have foreign permanent residence status or citizenship are eligible to apply.
